What’s been happening:

I am happily married to Joseph Trout PhD, and live in Center City, Philadelphia. I got my MS in Food Science at Drexel University in 2000, and currently teach part-time at Drexel University in Philadelphia, in the Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts & Food Science Program.
